Alamance Country Club

Project Overview

This project involved the renovation and expansion of a 4,500-square-foot pool house and restaurant, with an added 3,000 square feet of new bar and seating space. Upgrades included a full kitchen and dining remodel, as well as the replacement of all HVAC systems. A new outdoor patio was built to offer additional seating near the amenity lawn and adjacent to the 18th green. The existing lap pool was renovated, and an adult pool was added. Both pools now feature enhanced amenities, including a slide, basketball goal, and interactive water features, creating a more dynamic and enjoyable space for guests.
