Safety Beyond Compliance
Our leadership team conducts quarterly jobsite walks to stay closely connected to the realities of our work and reinforce our commitment to safety. These visits aren’t about inspection—they’re about engagement. By being present in the field, leadership gains firsthand insight into jobsite conditions, listens to team feedback, and identifies opportunities to improve systems and processes.
This hands-on approach supports our HOP philosophy by focusing on learning, strengthening communication, and continuously improving how we keep our teams safe—both in the field and across the organization.
Our HOP (Human & Organizational Performance) Safety Committee is made up of representatives from each department across the company, bringing together diverse perspectives to strengthen safety both in the workplace and on our jobsites.
This cross-functional team is focused on improving how we approach safety by identifying risks, sharing insights, and driving meaningful changes that protect our people.
The average EMR rating is set at 1.0, representing the industry standard. When a business has an EMR lower than 1.0, it indicates a better-than-average safety record.
