Sunshine Pediatrics selected Bobbitt to build a new facility for its growing practice that serves Smithfield, N.C., and the Johnston County area.

The 4,750-square-foot medical office building, located in the Booker Dairy Office Park, features exam rooms, lab space and a reception area. The added space enables the practice to better serve the needs of its patients, and the building also includes 1,000 square feet of leasable space.

Bobbitt worked with the owner to recombine two pieces of land to achieve the square footage required for the new facility.
