Associated Urologists of NC – Wake Forest

This fit-up will allow AUNC to expand into Wake Forest and better serve their patients. The space will have exam rooms, procedure room and lab space to serve their patient needs in a growing area. Renovating an existing space will help them reach the market faster vs. a brand new build. Many of the existing office walls can remain and that will help with construction. They’re also going into a building with other medical tenants that will help draw customers.
