Bobbitt recently completed a 15,000-square-foot new facility on Health Park Drive in Garner. Azalea Skin Treatment Center occupies 6,600 square feet, and 8,400 square feet is available for lease.

The new “L” shaped, brick and Exterior Insulation and Finishing System building is a wood structure with varying roof heights and arched entries. It features an inviting curved main entry and plenty of natural light.

Bobbitt provided the maximum amount of square footage to provide a spacious office, as well as extra space for lease. Another specific need was ample office parking for medical patients and staff. “Our new skin treatment center is very close to our previous space,” said Dr. Bill Ketcham, owner of Azalea Skin Treatment Center. “We’re excited to have more room and better parking for our patients.”
