Project Overview

This 20,000-square-foot speculative suite fit-up on the second floor of NHX at North Hills in Raleigh required extensive coordination to deliver multiple high-end office environments within an active development. The project included the construction of several move-in-ready suites designed to meet the needs of a variety of future tenants while maintaining schedule efficiency and quality throughout. Careful planning and coordination among trade partners, building management, and design teams were essential to successfully execute the work within the occupied property and maintain seamless operations throughout construction.
