Project Overview

A 130,000 sqft renovation of an existing five-story Class “A” office building located in North Raleigh. The scope includes a major lobby renovation with custom millwork, high end finishes and custom light fixtures. The renovation includes mechanical system upgrade including replacing existing chiller unit, air handlers, all mechanical boxes and majority of medium and low pressure duct work. The renovation scope on floors two through five also includes complete lighting fixtures/controls, breakrooms (one per floor), finishes, and AV/LV infrastructure upgrades.
